Cost Notes

  • Conference registration does not include the Dinner Symposium, which is $50 for conference registrants. The Dinner Symposium is entitled Clinician Wellness - Beyond Burnout. It features a physician, physician's assistant, and registered nurse who have first-hand experience with stressors that contributing to an epidemic of clinician burnout. This panel keynote introduces team-level interventions, along with individual tools, proven to cultivate balance, reduce stress and avoid burnout. Those attending the Dinner Symposium will earn 1 additional credit. Reservations are required. Simply indicate that you will be attending the Dinner on the registration form.
  • Participants will receive a thumb drive with course handouts and presentation slides upon arrival and check-in at the conference. Paper copies of handouts/slides are available for an additional $30. Indicate this preference on the registration form.


Pandemic Protocols for Registration

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and associated public health mandates, conference organizers have worked diligently to comply with all current rules and regulations. Our program will provide socially-distanced seating of 90 people in each of two ballrooms (for a total of 180 registrants), which meets current municipal mandates. We are planning on 3-foot-distanced seating in a classroom style to provide adequate spacing. After the initial 180 seats are filled, the registration system will accept your registration with notification you have been placed on a waitlist (your credit card will not be charged). If additional seats open up, organizers will contact those on the waitlist on a first come, first served basis. Additionally, we will be limiting Friday’s keynote dinner to 120 participants. Thank you for your patience as we work to manage pandemic rules and the safety of all participants.
