Modifications include: Earth Balance Buttery Sticks to replace butter, a dairy free milk substitute, shallot to replace onion (recipe requester has an onion allergy), namaste gluten free flour, vegetable broth to replace beef broth, Beyond Beef plant based ground meat to replace the beef and a unique replacement for Worcestershire Sauce (which contains fish) designed by Dr. Jody

Modifications include swapping regular oats for Bob's Red Mill Gluten free oats, swapping regular flour for Namaste gluten free flour, replacing butter with Earth Balance Buttery Sticks and using a soy free vanilla extract.

Modifications
- Namaste Perfect Blend GF Flour
- GF Vanilla Extract (I used 2 teaspoons)
- Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips
- Spices: 1T cinnamon; 1/4t cardamon; 1/8t allspice
- Flaxmeal: 1T flax Meal 3T water let sit 15 minutes stirring frequently
- Let dough rest 15-30 minutes for rice flour to hydrate
